Purpose & Mission
Our mission is to honor God by teaching women how to apply His Word to their everyday life. The Women Doing It His Way Conference was designed to INSPIRE and EMPOWER women of all ages and from all walks of life to Embrace the Life that God has given us! God is awesome and we want to celebrate and rejoice in Him for all that He does for us.
This conference will be a life changing opportunity to gain the resources you need to connect God’s plan with your purpose. We want women to value themselves and other women, understanding that women need other Godly women for support. Women can have wholesome lives through Biblical principles and spiritual resources. We can overcome challenges, celebrate life,
praise God and live to WIN!
Are you ready to celebrate you?

Breakout Sessions
How to RESET
We all experience trauma, setbacks, and disappointments. And if we aren't careful, we develop coping mechanisms that help us carry the wounds, rather than face and heal from them. When the weight becomes too heavy to bear, it's time for a RESET. Time to reclaim our identity, receive our healing, and return to our purpose!
Erase and Restore
God is ready to do a new thing in your life, but are YOU ready to receive it and act on it?
Covered Girls: Young, Open-minded, and Living for Christ
When life doesn't go exactly as planned, you have to be able to reset your expectations and get on the path that God has for you. These young millennial ladies are doing it well, even when the best thought out plans don't go as intended.
Running on Low
In a world full of distractions and busyness, it's easy to place our needs on the back burner as we take care of others. But if we aren't careful, we can become weary, depleted, and even frustrated. We try to help others but can't pour from an empty cup. Join us for a time of refreshing, renewing, and recharging. We are getting back to PURPOSE!
RECHARGE Your Life
God is Power and He gives us Power through His Word and Holy Spirit for our life, but we must use it.
Knowing your Posture, Position, and Place in God
It's time to recharge your spiritual batteries. After COVID, we find ourselves just wondering and moving about without realizing that we have no energy, power, or strength to do the things that the Father has called us to do. Come join us on this journey of being recharged, reignited, and find out where the Father has called us to be in Him.
God's Power Recharges Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
When we find ourselves fatigued by life, go to Him for a refreshment of your purpose and get on track to living your purpose.

Refilling Our Empty Souls
As women, we are often pouring into the lives of our children, spouses, parishioners, colleagues, and friends. Then, one day we look up and our soul is empty. We find ourselves fatigued, burnt out, frustrated and uncertain of our next move. The only way out is for us to RECONNECT with the one who loves us, created us, and wants the best for us. Come discover the path to RECONNECTING with the Father.
What Got You Here, Won't Get You There
The skills, strategy, and knowledge that have been used to be successful in one area of your life may not be enough to drive success in the future or new situations. Relying on what has worked for you in the past will not necessarily result in success. We need continuous growth and adaptation. Success requires ongoing effort and taking new actions, instead of simply repeating what has worked in the past. This session will encourage you to continuously try new approaches, update your skills, and develop new strategies for your life.

Reconnect with the Source of Life
Have you found yourself wondering why you don't have the momentum, jest for life and/or the resiliency that you once possessed? Join this sister as she shares her self-journey of taking on full-time caretaking of her parents, completing a doctoral degree at age 60, raising children, being married for thirty-plus years, working over 45 years in education, Corporate America, and full-time ministry. Exhausted and drained, she took a three-week sabbatical alone in search of redefining herself by reconnecting with the source of life.

Reconnect in HIM
Our purpose speaks to how we realign our faith and our responsibilities to RECONNECT in Him!
