Purpose & Mission

Our mission is to honor God by teaching women how to apply His Word to their everyday life. The Women Doing It His Way Conference was designed to INSPIRE and EMPOWER women of all ages and from all walks of life to Embrace the Life that God has given us! God is awesome and we want to celebrate and rejoice in Him for all that He does for us.
This conference will be a life changing opportunity to gain the resources you need to connect God’s plan with your purpose. We want women to value themselves and other women, understanding that women need other Godly women for support. Women can have wholesome lives through Biblical principles and spiritual resources. We can overcome challenges, celebrate life,
praise God and live to WIN!

Breakout Sessions​

SESSION 1: WORTH
Bowing at the Father’s Feet
True worth begins with surrender. This session invites women to a posture of worship and intimacy, where identity is no longer defined by achievements or approval—but by God alone. Together, we’ll explore how reverence repositions the heart to receive His grace, love, and restoration.
My Value and Worth
This empowering session reminds women that their value is not up for negotiation. Through scripture and self-reflection, participants will uncover the truth of who they are in Christ and learn how to confidently walk in the fullness of their God-given worth—unshaken by the world’s standards.
SESSION 2: ROLE
Be Your True You
Who did God create you to be—before the labels, titles, and expectations? This breakout is a call to authenticity. Women will be encouraged to release comparison, silence the noise, and embrace the beauty of their God-designed uniqueness.
All Things to All People
Have you ever felt stretched thin trying to be everything to everyone? This session addresses the burden of over-functioning and the blessing of healthy boundaries. Learn how to serve others well without losing yourself in the process, and discover God’s role for you in every season.

SESSION 3: PURPOSE
My Assignment from God
You were created on purpose for a purpose. In this session, women will gain clarity on their divine assignments—whether in the marketplace, ministry, motherhood, or mentorship. Come ready to be challenged, equipped, and called higher.
Living My Purpose
Purpose isn’t a destination—it’s a daily walk. This practical and powerful session offers tools to align your actions with God’s plan. You’ll leave encouraged to live boldly, intentionally, and purposefully, wherever God has placed you.​
